Type Locality:
Near Fawn Lake, N.W.T., about 62°08'N, 117°42'W.

Distribution:
Small pinnacle reefs occur in the southern N.W.T. north of the Givetian carbonate barrier-complex, between the type area and the Liard River and are about 120 m (394 ft) thick.

Thickness(m): Typical 120.

Lithology:
Limestone.

Relationship:
Lies on the Lonely Bay Formation and is enveloped by the Horn River Formation.
